About me

I have trained with some of the leading yoga teachers in the world. With Maty Ezraty I completed 55 hours Teacher Training in August 2012. Her style of teaching Iyengar with Ashtanga understanding gave me a solid platform where to build from.

Next I completed a 1,5 year long Teacher Training at London’s highly reputable Yoga Campus (RYT 200), from which I graduated in October 2014. Following this, I trained intensively with Rod Stryker, a 40-hour Para Yoga Teacher Training entitled, Kosha: Unleashing the Science of Soul. This took my understanding of yoga to a more philosophical level.

In April 2018 I graduated from Jason Crandell's 300 hour Teacher Training (RYT500)  in London. This Advanced Teacher Training took my understanding of yoga again to a new level, marrying all my previous trainings together.

I respect and thank all of my teachers with whom I have studied over the years, and will continue to do so in the future.

Besides my yoga studies, I hold a BA (Business Studies) and an MA (Marketing Communications ) from the University of Westminster, London.

I have lived most of my adult life abroad, studying and working in Melbourne, Stockholm, London, Barcelona, Berlin and Bolzano. I currently spend most of my time in my hometown Helsinki. These days I find my best teachers at home, my two lovely daughters (and our dog Mila), who just by being themselves teach me every day about life; about the all-encompassing love of a mother, the difficulty yet importance of patience and the joy of living in the moment.
